⁹ None of them were given to the Kohathites, for it was their job to carry their portion of the tabernacle upon their shoulders.

¹⁰ The leaders also presented offerings to commemorate the dedication of the altar on the day that it was anointed. The leaders placed their offerings before the altar. ¹¹ The Lord said to Moses, “Let each of the leaders present his offering for the dedication of the altar on successive days.”
